Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
